Thredbo Resort has today announced initial information around the 2021 winter snow season.

The update includes winter season passes, lift passes, rental and lessons for the 2021 snow season. The release of these will be staggered across March and April.

Thredbo plans to release season passes and seasonal programs in late March. followed by lift passes, rental and lessons during April. Exact timings are yet to be confirmed, and pricing has not yet been announced. Pricing for all products is expected to be available upon release of season passes in late March.

Thredbo’s winter season will run from June long weekend until October long weekend, with skiing and snowboarding scheduled to kick off on Saturday 12 June.

Thredbo Winter Season Passes

Thredbo Resort is planning to release Winter 2021 Season Passes in late March.

There will be a cap on the number of season passes to ensure that the resort can comply with social distancing restrictions.

There will be no option for a payment plan on season passes for winter 2021.

Thredbo Winter Lift Passes

You will be able to purchase 2021 winter lift passes from some time in April. Prices and information regarding a return to multi-day passes, or a continuation of 2020’s single day passes has yet to be announced.

Thredbo Snow Sports Lessons & Programs

Thredbo’s ever-popular snow sports program is set to return in 2021. They are planning to offer group lessons, private lessons, full day children’s programs plus a resumption of children’s seasonal programs this winter. Bookings open in March to April.
