We understand that 2020 is highly different in so many ways and that planning a holiday isn’t as straight forward as usual. So we’ve decided to offer some more flexibility in our summer cancellation policy to give you some peace of mind when making your booking.

Our flexible temporary COVID cancellation policy is now available for all summer bookings and allows free cancellation more than 30 days before your stay.

Our summer refund policy for dates 6 October 2020 to 11 June 2021 is:

• More than 30 days – 100% refund
• 15 – 30 days – 50% refund
• Less than 15 days – No refund
