How to Book
Here are the booking window dates for the winter season.
1 March: Winter bookings against Members’ 28 bed night entitlement open. All booking requests are treated on a “first in, first served basis”, except booking requests submitted prior to 1 March, which will be treated as received on 1 March.
15 March: Requests for additional nights (beyond the 28 bed night entitlement) for Members and Extended Family will be reviewed from this date.
22 March: Bookings open for Accompanied Guests.
1 April: Bookings open for Unaccompanied Guests and Visitors.
